Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes, fragrance oils, and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
